Asia Wealth Platform Expands Investment Leadership

Many of the appointments are centred around Hong Kong. The group comprises listed firms in the city as well as Singapore, and the Hong Kong-based multi-family office, Carret Private.

Endowus, an Asian independent wealth platform, has appointed Janet Hung as head of client advisory, in Hong Kong. She leads client management across individual clients, family offices, and institutions.

Hung has more than 18 years’ experience across institutional sales working with alternative asset managers, sovereign wealth and family offices. Prior to Endowus, she worked for 16 years in roles at Nomura and Lehman Brothers.

Elsewhere, Endowus said that Jasmine Chan is leading its investment office in Hong Kong, serving as investment advisory director. Previously, she worked at Credit Suisse and Barclays Wealth in structuring investment solutions.

Endowus said it has made changes to its investment office leadership.

Sam Rhee’s new mandate as group chief investment officer has been expanded to include the group’s overall investment strategy, while Hugh Chung is taking over the reins as chief investment officer.

In all, the investment office has 13 members.

The Endowus Group comprises Endowus' licensed companies in Hong Kong and Singapore, as well as Hong Kong-based multi-family office Carret Private.
