Credit Suisse In Australia Names DPM Head For Wealth Management

In this newly-expanded leadership role, the appointee will lead the team while remaining head of fixed income and economics.
Credit Suisse in Australia has appointed Jasmin Argyrou as head of discretionary portfolio management for its Wealth Management Australia business line.
Argyrou, who has worked at the Zurich-listed bank for three years and has more than two decades’ experience in investment strategy and portfolio management roles, was previously investment director, fixed income, at Aberdeen.
Prior to that, Argyrou served in senior investment positions at large institutional fixed income managers BNP Paribas, Schroders and UBS Global Asset Management.
In this newly-expanded leadership role, she will lead the team while remaining head of fixed income and economics.
The bank’s discretionary portfolio management team has A$9 billion ($5.66 billion) of assets under management.
