Singapore-Based Temaswiss Acquired For Undisclosed Sum

The think tank and training organisation, headquartered in the Asian city state, has been acquired.

Digital solutions and related services firm DigiScape, part of Nityo Holdings, has acquired the Singapore-headquartered wealth management think tank and training organisation Temaswiss for an undisclosed sum, this publication can exclusively report.

Temaswiss will retain its branding as a DigiScape business, it said in a statement.

DigiScape was formed under the Nityo Holdings group of companies to provide specialised solutions in support of digital transformation and governance, risk and compliance solutions serving the banking, financial services and insurance market.

Temaswiss has a number of business lines: Temaswiss Wealth, Temaswiss Consult and Temaswiss Analytics. The firm provides domain expertise training to relationship bankers, risk managers and compliance resources, bespoke advisory and remediation in the GRC space, operational connectivity to "big data" and data sciences solutions.

Temaswiss’s co-founder and chief operating officer, Suvendu Ganguli, is expected to lead the Temaswiss business unit of DigiScape, a statement from Temaswiss said.

A Swiss banker, formerly with Standard Chartered, Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan, Ganguli said: “The acquisition heralds a new phase in the growth of Temaswiss as a brand under the DigiScape portfolio. Temaswiss remains true to its bespoke training and consulting ethos that…for the convenient truth you would probably not see us."
