Asset Manager Bolsters Multi-Asset Team With Hire

The new senior investment manager will be based in Hong Kong.

Pictet Asset Management has appointed Andy Wong as senior investment manager within its multi-asset team. He will be based in Hong Kong.

Wong will co-manage Pictet Strategic Income, the firm’s Hong Kong-domiciled multi-asset fund, the firm said in a statement.

He joins from Invesco Hong Kong, where he was a senior fund manager overseeing multi-asset income mandates for Asian investors. Wong started his career at Goldman Sachs, and has held various investment roles in Hong Kong, New York and Tokyo.

“With 16 years of financial experience across major asset classes under his belt, we are confident that Andy will instil a fresh perspective among us, said Percival Stanion, head of the international multi-asset team. “This is particularly valuable in times of uncertainties.”
