Atlantic Trust, the private wealth management division of New York-listed Invesco, has made two hires within its multi-manager investment program and strengthened its Texas office. 

Lester Duke joins as a vice president and alternative investments analyst within the firm's Boston office, while Scott Burg starts as vice president and traditional investments analyst, also in Boston. 

Duke replaces former alternatives analyst Bas Solleveld, who has transferred to the firm’s Houston office to serve as a vice president and relationship manager. 

Solleveld has over eight years of industry experience, having previously directed the firm's private equity and real estate investment platforms for the multi-manager program. He first joined Atlantic’s Boston office in 2004 within the client strategies group, where he was responsible for client reporting and portfolio optimization, the firm said.

Burg has a 14-year industry background and joins from John Hancock Financial Services where he was a director and senior investment analyst responsible for the selection, monitoring, and research of asset managers and strategies employed by its platforms and fund of funds.

Duke, who brings 20 years of experience to the firm, previously covered the private equity industry at Boston-based Meketa Investment Group, and has also worked at BoA Merrill Lynch and John Hancock Funds.

The firm said the hires follow its nineteenth consecutive quarter of growth, reinforced by record positive net flows of approximately $1.4 billion and record assets under management of $18 billion last year.
