Bank Of Singapore Makes Senior Hire

The bank said that the new senior relationship manager's appointment underscores its GCNA franchise, deepens its coverage of UHNW clients, and supports its ambition to grow UHNW assets under management by 30 per cent by 2028.

Kelly Yang (pictured) has joined the Bank of Singapore as a senior relationship manager (RM). Based in Hong Kong, she reports to Anne Song, market head for Greater China & North Asia (GCNA).

Yang brings close to 30 years of wealth management and private banking experience, the firm said in a statement. An industry veteran, she most recently served as a team head at Bank J Safra Sarasin, after more than a decade as a team head at DBS Bank Hong Kong. In these roles, she oversaw relationship managers serving high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients across Greater China, in particular focusing on Taiwan. Yang has also worked at BNP Paribas Wealth Management Hong Kong, Mizuho Securities Asia and Goldman Sachs Asia.

The bank said that Yang's appointment underscores its GCNA franchise, deepening its coverage of UHNW clients, and supporting the bank's ambition to grow UHNW assets under management by 30 per cent by 2028.

Recent appointments include Eng Chien Chan as market group head for GCNA and Penny Low as senior RM, both based in Singapore.

Building on a strong performance in 2025, the bank's GCNA business maintained its growth momentum in the first half of 2026, delivering close to 10 per cent year-on-year growth in AuM and more than 10 per cent year-on-year growth in UHNW AuM.
