Bank Of Singapore Private Banking Co-Head Retires
The co-head of private banking at the lender has stepped down from the role, capping a 15-year career at the lender.
Robin Heng, co-head of private banking at Bank of Singapore, is retiring. Media reports in late November said that Heng was due to step down.
“After 15 incredible years at Bank of Singapore, I’m embarking on a new chapter as I step into retirement. I am deeply grateful to my colleagues, mentors, and clients who have made this journey so rewarding,” Heng said in a message on his LinkedIn page.
Before joining Bank of Singapore, Heng worked at UBS in Hong Kong for a year. Prior to UBS, he worked for more than seven years at the same bank in Singapore. He also worked at Citigroup and Overseas Union Bank.
“While I may be retiring from the corporate world, I hope to stay connected and continue to exchange ideas and experiences,” Heng said.
BoS has moved Rodney Sin, the former co-head of Singapore and ASEAN rtegions to a vice-chair, global client engagement role. The newly formed role involves leading the bank's UHNW strategies.
In the interim period, Jason Moo, the bank's CEO, takes on the
role of private banking head, Singapore.
