Citibank, Porsche Form New Singapore Partnership

Citibank Singapore, part of Citigroup, and Porsche Singapore have announced a new partnership designed to offer exclusive benefits to the bank’s HNW clients in Singapore.

The US bank has become Porsche Singapore’s first banking partner to offer experiential Porsche moments. The offering allows Citigold Private Client customers to obtain “exclusive Porsche experiences to celebrate their birthdays,” it said in a statement yesterday.

As part of the package, clients can enjoy a one-day unsupervised test drive in a Porsche model of their choice and have an extended accompanied test drive.

The partnership is an example of banks showcasing the pulling power of high-end service packages, such as flights, luxury hotels, restaurant bookings, and more. An example is the HSBC Premier World Elite Mastercard, aimed at high-end travel; another is the UBS Gold Credit Card.
