Commonwealth Bank Indonesia Appoints New Wealth Management Head

The bank has poached Citibank Indonesia’s head of wealth management.

Australia’s Commonwealth Bank has hired Ivan Jaya as head of wealth management and customer segments in Indonesia.

Jaya was previously senior vice president, head of wealth management at Citibank Indonesia. He has also worked at ANZ and Standard Chartered.

In his new role, Jaya will oversee wealth management services, covering investments, bancassurance products and foreign exchange, as well as savings accounts and term deposits for retail bank clients. He will also be responsible for the development of wealth advisory features.

This publication is awaiting confirmation from the bank on whether this is a newly-created role or if Jaya replaces someone.
