Consultancy Beefs Up Singapore Operations

The consultancy, based in Zug, Switzerland, describes itself as "a trusted partner for financial services organisations to drive change projects".

Swiss consultancy firm Finalix has made two appointments for its office in Singapore – Andreas Wenger and Pascal Welschinger.

The appointments were published on the Zug-based firm's Linkedin page.

Senior manager Wenger has joined from Swiss regulatory technology solutions provider IMTF, where he was its Singapore-based APAC general manager from January 2018. Before that, he spent eight years at Synpulse Management Consulting, including two years as an associate partner at its Singapore office.

Welschinger founded the Thunder Road Project Development Pte organisation in January this year. For almost eight years prior to that, he was a roll-out manager at UBS, working on a major reorganisation of client-facing teams in Singapore and Hong Kong, and on platform and business process change and improvement initiatives. Before that, he was a consultant at Clariden Lau and Accenture.

His Linkedin profile says that he was involved in the “reorganisation of the client-facing teams in Singapore and Hong Kong Kong”. Before that, he worked in a “major regulatory/organisational programme” in Switzerland.

Separately, the firm announced that Tomislav Lukacevic will join the Swiss practice. Lukacevic was previously CIO for three years at myblueplanet, and before that he had a senior role at Zurich-based Leonteq.
