Corporate, Fund Services Provider Expands Asian Footprint

The firm, founded in 2003 in Luxembourg, now has a Sydney, Australia office as part of its plans to expand in the Asian market.

Alter Domus, the fund and corporate fund services provider, has opened a new office in Sydney, Australia.

The firm provides it services to international private equity and infrastructure houses, real estate firms, multinationals, private clients and private debt managers.

The new office is part of the firm’s long-term strategy, it says, of broadening its presence in the Asia-Pacific region.

Peter Zanapalis will be head Alter Domus’ newest international office; he has more than 15 years of experience in the fund industry. He will be responsible for developing the new Sydney team, while also working with Alter Domus’ established Asian offices in China, Hong Kong and Singapore, and building up a portfolio of clients in Australia.

The firm was founded in Luxembourg in 2003; it now employs has more than 850 employees.
