The latest technology news in the wealth management sector from around the world.
Value Partners, the Hong Kong-based firm, has launched its first mobile app. The new offering is called Value Partners Invest.
Users can build and rebalance portfolios using the app. It also helps clients monitor how well their investments perform and see the latest analyses and insights, the firm said in a statement yesterday.
The 29-year-old firm said it is the first asset management firm in Hong Kong to provide users with a digital investment experience through a mobile app.
“We believe that the app can help investors to better leverage Value Partners’ nearly 30-year investing experience in Asia to grow their wealth, and also help the group to develop a broader and younger customer base. This is only our first step – we will continue to enhance the application with more functions and digital services to provide an enjoyable experience for our clients to create successful investment results,” June Wong, chief executive of Value Partners, said.
Value Partners was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in November 2007. Besides its HQ in Hong Kong, Value Partners also operates in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and London.
