Client lifecycle management solutions provider Wealth Dynamix has partnered with Capita Consulting, the consultancy launched by Capita last year. The partnership mainly operates in the UK.

Capita Consulting will help clients improve their front office and advisor effectiveness, transform the client experience and encourage cost-efficient growth, the firms said.

Wealth Dynamix’s flagship client lifecycle management solution is called WDX1. Its capabilities span client acquisition, client engagement, digital onboarding, regulatory compliance, relationship management, and client servicing.

First Abu Dhabi Bank, Avaloq
The Swiss subsidiary of First Abu Dhabi Bank has chosen Avaloq’s business process as a service (BPaaS) solution for a further long-term contract.

The Middle Eastern bank has worked with Switzerland-based Avaloq since 2007 and was its first private banking client in Geneva.

For Avaloq, this is the second deal closed with a Geneva-based private banking institution in 2020. In January, Banque Cramer announced that it had selected Avaloq’s BPaaS solution for a further ten-year term.

FAB Private Bank (Suisse) serves high net worth individuals and is a wholly owned subsidiary of First Abu Dhabi Bank.
