Dynasty Brings In Director Of Network Development For Eastern Division

The US organization has appointed the head of network development for the eastern side of the US as it continues to build out its coverage.
Dynasty Financial Partnersp has appointed industry veteran Mason Salit as director of network development for its Eastern Division.
Salit reports to Dynasty Financial Partners’ chief executive Shirl Penney.
In his new role, Salit will be based in the firm’s New York office and support advisory firms in the Midwest and East Coast. He will also work alongside of David Wiener, director of network development for the Western Division.
Previously, Salit worked at Bank Leumi USA where he was head of US private banking. From 2012-2014, Salit was wealth market leader at TD Wealth. Prior to that, he was the head of international private banking in New York at the HSBC Private Bank from 2007-2012.
“Bringing Mason's breadth of experience to our firm will deepen our bench strength in the Midwestern and Eastern Divisions. Mason has the strategic mindset to assist top advisors, whether they are already independent or seeking independence to plan their growth trajectory,” Penney said in a statement this week.
Among developments this year, Dynasty Financial Partners welcomed the independent wealth management firm, Next Capital Management, to its advisory network. Next Capital Management was founded in 1999 by Andrew Hart.
At present, Dynasty has a total of 43 advisory firms in its network platform. To manage the pace of growth, the firm added Joe Dursi as director of the investment platform, Joe Rizzo as director of RIA growth strategies to support RIA merger and acquisition activity, and Jamie Ralliford, deputy chief compliance officer.
