HSBC Launches New Wealth Centre

The centre is part of the bank’s strategy to bolster its wealth business.

HSBC has unveiled a new wealth centre in Singapore to enhance client experience, reinforcing the bank’s commitment to Singapore as an international wealth hub.

The opening marks the first of three wealth centres that HSBC plans to establish in Singapore by the first quarter of 2025, as part of its wealth strategy. As part of an ongoing commitment to enhancing client relationships, the bank said it also plans to increase its investment in its physical network by fivefold.

The centre is located on the ground floor of Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 2. Noel Quinn, group CEO, HSBC, who was in Singapore for the group holdings board visit, was present at the event (pictured).

Integrating sustainability, technology, and lifestyle elements, the new wealth centre aims to deliver an enhanced and differentiated client experience, and encourage wealth conversations. It includes meeting rooms, a lounge area that can be converted into an event space, with butler service, the bank continued.

“The new centre is part of our dedication to providing the best possible environment for wealth management, reinforcing our long-term commitment to Singapore as an international wealth hub,” Ashmita Acharya, head of wealth and personal banking, HSBC Singapore, said.
