The new hire has over 20 years experience in the industry.

Waterfield Advisors, an Indian boutique firm that advises family offices and ultra-high net worth families, has appointed Kartik Kini as chief operating officer, according to local media reports.

Kini will join the firm from Avendus, where he co-founded its wealth management practice. During his 20 years in the industry, he has also held managerial roles at Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch.
