Julius Baer Appoints Southeast Asia Team Head
The Swiss private bank, which treats Asia as its second home market, has made a number of senior appointments.
Julius Baer has appointed Stacy Wong as team head for Southeast Asia.
Wong, who has worked in the sector for more than 25 years, joined Julius Baer from UBS where she was a central figure in advising Indonesia's ultra-high net worth and high net worth clients for 19 years before becoming a desk head for the same market.
Prior to UBS, Wong worked at Citibank Singapore as a relationship manager.
Her appointment is effective immediately. Wong reports to Yang Vi Sun, group head of Southeast Asia. The South East Asia business is an important growth region for Julius Baer which often describes Asia as its second home market. See here for recent appointments.
