Kroll Appoints Asia-Pacific Head

The firm does work, for example, in monitoring risks such as financial crime, fraud and corruption, and other threats to business continuity and survival, among other offerings.
Kroll, the global risk management and financial advisory solutions firm, has appointed Jon Rowell as head of its Asia-Pacific business. The role is newly created.
In this role, Rowell will oversee Kroll’s strategy and vision for the region and lead commercial and client growth initiatives in the APAC market, the firm said in a statement yesterday.
Prior to this, Rowell – who has more than 30 years’ industry experience in APAC, the Caribbean and Europe – was head of Asia and Caribbean for FTI Consulting, and leader of its forensic and litigation consulting business in Asia. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Rowell was a partner at McGrathNicol, a specialist advisory and restructuring firm in Australia and New Zealand, where he co-founded and led the forensic business.
In early May, Kroll appointed former Amazon Web Services senior figure Jennifer Huntington as chief operating officer.
At AWS, Huntington was director of business services and modernisation. She has worked in the field of leading business operations for more than two decades.
