Lazard Secures New UK Headquarters

The seven-storey building houses the financial advisory and asset management arms of the business.

US-listed Lazard, which provides investment banking and private client wealth management, has secured a new UK headquarters at 20 Manchester Square, London.

The seven-storey building will house the financial advisory and asset management businesses. Lazard, which has signed a 15-year lease for the property with Invesco, beginning mid-2024, expects to take occupancy by early 2025, following a programme of renovations.

The 20 Manchester Square area extends to more than 78,500 square feet and is near the Wallace Collection, Marylebone village, Regent’s Park and Bond Street underground and Elizabeth line stations.

“This is an important investment for Lazard Asset Management in London which will be of huge benefit to our clients and colleagues,” Jeremy Taylor, chief executive of Lazard Asset Management London, said.

Lazard was advised by RX London.
