RBC Wealth Management Bolsters Private Banking Capabilities In Hong Kong, Singapore

RBC Wealth Management makes a raft of senior hires.
RBC Wealth Management in Asia appointed several senior private bankers across Hong Kong and Singapore, bolstering its regional presence to meet the needs of wealth management clients across Asia.
In Singapore, Cherry Wang has been appointed as executive director, bringing over 15 years of private banking experience. Joining RBC from Julius Baer, Wang previouisly worked at JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, and Switzerlands UBS, the firm said in a statement.
Irene Chua was appointed as director at RBC WM, the firm continued. She has more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry, having previously worked at UBS, Credit Suisse, and HSBC Offshore Banking in Singapore.
Jaime Huang was also appointed as executive director at RBC WM. Huang brings more than 20 years of experience in wealth management, spanning funds management, FX trading, investment advisory and private banking. Prior to joining RBC, she worked at Barclays and Bank of Singapore, the firm continued.
Mandy Khew has been appointed as associate director. She has more than 18 years of wealth management and client relationship management experience gained at UOB, ABN AMRO, NAB, ANZ, Societe Generale, and DBS, the firm continued.
In Hong Kong, Arda Yan was appointed as executive director. Yan, who has more than 25 years of banking experience, previously worked in client-facing roles at Societe Generale, Standard Chartered Bank, and Commerzbank, the firm said.
David Lam, who has also appointed as director, is joining from Bank of China International with nearly two decades in investment advisory and client management gained at UBS, Credit Suisse, China Construction Bank, Bank of America, and Citibank.
