Raymond James Financial Enables US Advisors To Stress-Test Client Portfolios

Raymond James Financial has partnered with HiddenLevers, the portfolio stress testing toolkit, to provide macro research, scenario modeling and predictive risk analytics.

Raymond James Financial, the US-headquartered wealth management firm, has partnered with HiddenLevers, the portfolio stress testing toolkit, to provide macro research, scenario modeling and predictive risk analytics.

As a result of the move, any of the firm’s 5,400 US-based advisors can subscribe to HiddenLevers to discuss potential economic and market scenarios with clients, and gauge the impact on individual investment portfolios.

The move comes at a time when markets have been, and are likely to remain, volatile, Raymond James said. The toolkits gives advisors the ability to understand how much money could be a lost in extreme events, understand hedgeing strategies, and interact with clients.

The HiddenLevers scenario modeling has been integrated into the Raymond James Goal Planning & Monitoring platform. Users will have single sign-on access to stress test portfolios directly from their financial planning screens, a statement from Raymond James said.

Raymond James Financial issued results recently. For more detail, see here.
