Singapore-Based Banking Group Names Investment Boss

One of the "big three" local Singapore banks has named a chief investment officer for its private banking division.

Neo Teng Hwee has joined the private banking arm of Singapore-headquartered United Overseas Bank as chief investment officer, this publication can confirm from the bank.

According to a Linkedin profile, other roles held by the man include that of research associate at EDHEC-Risk Institute; managing director, senior advisor at Julius Baer; deputy chief investment officer at ING and senior portfolio manager at Candriam and portfolio manager at Nikko Asset Management.
