Sun Life Appoints Chief Client Experience Officer

The new appointee has worked in channel management, brand management, client experience and related roles for more than 20 years.

Sun Life has appointed Mahima Tankha Marwah (pictured) as chief client experience and marketing officer, Asia effective 15 March. She is based in Hong Kong. 

Tankha Marwah will be responsible for leading the client and marketing strategy across the region to grow brand health, deepen client engagement, and inform product innovation.

Tankha Marwah has more than 20 years of experience in channel management, brand management, digital marketing, customer experience and insights in life, health, and general insurance in Asia. Prior to this new post, she has served in senior insurance distribution, client experience and marketing roles at global financial services providers, FWD and Allianz.

In January, Sun Life announced that it would be teaming up with PinnacleCare, a US-based private health advisory company, to offer HNW clients in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan access to PinnacleCare’s private health advisory services.
