Thai Asset Manager Goes Live On Charles River System

Thai asset manager Thanachart Fund Management has gone live on a system provided by Charles River, a firm that provides solutions for front- and middle-office investment managers.

Thai asset manager Thanachart Fund Management has gone live on a system provided by Charles River, a firm that provides solutions for front- and middle-office investment managers.

The move means Thanachart now uses the Charles River Investment Management Solution and integrated FIX Network, a statement from Charles River said.

Thanachart users across domestic and international equity, fixed income and foreign exchange operations in Bangkok can access automated portfolio management, trading, and compliance monitoring through the system, as well as direct connectivity with brokers for local Thai and global electronic trading.   

Founded in1992, Thanachart is licensed to offer mutual, private and provident funds and is a subsidiary of Thanachart Bank, one of Thailand’s largest banks. The investment firm oversaw THB156.613 billion ($4.808 billion) of assets under management as at June last year.
