Trident Trust Appoints Business Development Head In China Push

Trident Trust Group has appointed Victor Ho as executive director, head of business development of its Hong Kong office to help drive growth in the Chinese market.
Ho, a fluent speaker of both Mandarin and Cantonese, brings 20 years’ experience in the trust and corporate services industry. He most recently worked at Bedell Group as head of Asia-Pacific, business development and trust administration. He has expertise in serving Chinese corporates and high net worth families and their professional advisors in China, Hong Kong, Singapore and the UK.
In the new role, he will report to Terry Wong, head of Trident Trust’s office in Hong Kong. This publication is awaiting confirmation from Trident on whether Ho replaces anyone.
“Our existing client base in China is strong and growing and Victor’s arrival will enable us to accelerate this growth,” said Markus Grossmann, regional managing director for Trident Trust’s offices in Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore and Zurich and the Trident Fiduciaries (Middle East) office in Cyprus.
Earlier this month, Sean Coughlan became managing director of Trident Trust's Singapore office.
