US Bank Private Wealth Management Makes Managerial Appointment

The new hire will be based in Minneapolis.

US Bank Private Wealth Management has appointed Rod Dolan as the national head of business owner advisory services (BOAS). Dolan will be based in Minneapolis.

In his new role, Dolan will be responsible for leading business owners advisory services, including growing the team and expanding the newly-created division to wealth management clients. He will report to Mike Ott, president of the US Bank WM.

Dolan has more than 25 years of financial services and investment banking experience. Prior to joining US Bank, he was chief financial officer and chief operating officer for the law firm Kaye Scholer in New York where he oversaw a company reorganization and eventual merger.

“Rod’s proven abilities to develop business strategies that lead to growth, combined with innate leadership strengths make him the ideal choice to lead our business owner advisory services initiative,” said Ott. “He is the right person to lead our team providing specialized advisory capabilities to business owners.”
