Asian financial firm WRISE Hong Kong expands its leadership team and makes senior appointments to bolster sustainable growth and operational alignment.
WRISE Hong Kong has appointed Joe C Lee as non-executive director of WRISE Prestige Hong Kong, with immediate effect.
With his entrepreneurial background and expertise in technology and business innovation, Lee will bring insights to strengthen WRISE Prestige’s wealth management business for high net worth individuals, the firm said in a statement.
In his new role, Lee will offer counsel across core areas such as business growth, innovation strategy, corporate governance, and risk management. He will also contribute to refining the product-client mix and advise on key business decisions.
Lee also serves as chairman of Renhe Holdings, chairman of Klover Insurtech, and is an advisor to many venture-backed startups, which he has nurtured. His background spans artificial intelligence, platform design, venture incubation, and cross-border innovation ecosystems – making him a bridge between technology disruption and institutional growth for WRISE Prestige Hong Kong.
“His insights will be invaluable as we continue to expand our offerings and elevate our client experience in Hong Kong and beyond," Derrick Tan, executive chairman, WRISE Group, said.
Additionally, the WRISE Group has announced expanded leadership roles for two senior executives, effective immediately. Stephen Yan, formerly chairman of WRISE Prestige Hong Kong, has been appointed executive vice chairman of WRISE Group. In his new role, Yan will be working with Tan to shape the group’s vision across its global offices. Jowin Fung, previously vice chairman of WRISE Prestige Hong Kong, will become vice chairman of WRISE Hong Kong. He will oversee the WRISE private and prestige business in Hong Kong, managing business development and client engagement in one of the group’s key markets.
The appointments underscore WRISE Group's commitment to strengthening its executive team, enhancing operational alignment, and positioning the firm for long-term sustainable growth.
The firm also recently launched its Shenzhen office and its WRISE Academy in the Chinese city.
