Mutual Global Investors has awarded management of the Old
Mutual China Equity Fund to Ping An of China Asset Management
(Hong Kong).
The fund, which has been managed by OMGI’s Asian equities team since the departure of Diamond Lee in July 2016, will be outsourced on 23 March.
It will be managed by its senior portfolio managers, Vincent Che and Eddie Lau, who have combined experience of over 22 years in investment management.
There will be no change to the fund’s objective or policy.
