Pincus and Australia-based real estate group Lendlease have appointed
former Abu Dhabi Investment Council (ADIC) senior figure Bart
Price as CEO of the JVβs life sciences, R&D and innovation
property platform.
His appointment takes immediate effect, the firms said in a statement late last week. Based in Singapore, Price will oversee strategic growth plans.
Working in capital markets, infrastructure and real estate in Asia-Pacific for more than 20 years, Price was most recently head of growth markets real assets at the ADIC, where he oversaw Asia-Pacific real estate and Asia-Pacific/Latin American infrastructure. Prior to this, he was senior vice president for real estate investments covering Asia-Pacific at GIC for six years.
The JV was set up last year and its platform, alongside its managed investment vehicle LINO, acquired about S$1.6 billion ($1.167 billion) portfolio of assets in Singapore in August.
