Who's Moving Where In Wealth Management? – ZEDRA, BlackRock, Citigroup

The latest senior wealth management moves, appointments and personnel changes in the Asia-Pacific industry.

ZEDRA
ZEDRA, a global professional services provider, has appointed Koh Pi Hann as head of fund services in Asia, based in Singapore. Previously, he served in senior roles at BNY, HSBC Securities, Apex Group and most, recently, a Singapore-licensed fund management firm.

In August, the firm appointed Payam Kazemian to lead its risk transfer capability as head of risk transfer, to strengthen its offering in response to growing demand for specialist advice. He has been with the ZEDRA since 2021.

The firm provides corporate, funds and wealth solutions, supporting businesses, fund managers, high net worth individuals and families with the governance, administration and operational expertise needed. It has more than 1,400 specialists across 17 jurisdictions and 30+ offices.

BlackRock, Citigroup
BlackRock has appointed Lina Lim as Asia-Pacific communications head for the Citi Portfolio Solutions Powered by BlackRock (CxB) business.

The role, which is newly created, is designed to help expand the CxB platform in APAC, for example bringing BlackRock’s investment capabilities to wealth clients and deepening the offering for clients at Citigroup.

Lim, who is based in Hong Kong, reports to Andrew Landman, BlackRock’s deputy head of APAC and head of wealth for APAC, and Rob Jasminski, global head of Citi Portfolio Solutions Powered by BlackRock.

With three decades of wealth and asset management experience, most recently Lim was regional and Hong Kong head of discretionary, funds and exchange-traded funds at HSBC. She has served in senior regional leadership roles at JP Morgan in Hong Kong and Singapore, as well as senior portfolio management roles at Sumitomo Mitsui Asset Management.

The CxB business, which was launched in late 2025, runs about $80 billion in assets for Citigroup’s private banking clients globally. The platform combines the investment advisory and planning capabilities of Citi with the investment management and technology strengths of BlackRock, cantered on a whole portfolio approach.
