Who's Moving Where In Wealth Management? Raffles Family Office, Kamet Capital Partners
The latest senior moves in the Asia-Pacific wealth management market.
Raffles Family Office
Raffles
Family Office has appointed former Leonteq figure Julien
Grunebaum as an investment solutions advisor, the first such
advisor to join the Hong Kong-based organisation.
At Leonteq, which specialises in structured products, Grunebaum
served family offices and asset managers on distributing
cross-asset investment solutions.
In late March this year, RFO appointed inaugural members of its newly-created Independent Advisory Board. The inaugural members were Christina Lau from LeeKumKee Health Product Group’s Infinitus Property Investment and David Chang, a senior advisor to Franklin Templeton for the Greater China region. The advisors will help RFO with engagements involving highly complex family structures. They will also help identify philanthropic opportunities for clients and advise on the company’s future development plans.
Kamet Capital Partners
Kamet
Capital Partners, a multi-family office based in Singapore,
has confirmed that it has made two hires: Sze King Chong as
portfolio manager, and Xunwen Oh as client advisor.
Chong previously worked at Commonwealth Avenue Asset Management, a hedge fund company, and as a senior portfolio manager at Julius Baer’s discretionary investment management. Before that, he was chief investment officer at HSBC Insurance.
Oh joins the MFO from JP Morgan Private Bank, where she performed client advisor and global investment specialist roles.
