Singapore-based asset manager Avanda Investment Management, or "Avanda" for short, has named Faith Toh as head of business development and marketing.

This publication saw Ms Toh's updated public internet profile, which appeared to confirm some media reports.

Media reports said a spokesperson declined to confirm or deny the report of her hire.

A spokesman for Avanda says he can neither confirm nor deny the report.

Toh was previously a vice president in the client portfolio management team at JP Morgan Alternative Asset Management Hedge Funds Solutions.
