Fidelity International
Investment firm Fidelity
International has appointed of Hugh Prendergast as global
head of product, effective 19 February.
In this newly created role, Prendergast will bring together and lead Fidelity’s product teams based around the world and will be responsible for continuing to develop its global product strategy. He will report into Bart Grenier, global head of asset management.
Prendergast has over 20 years’ experience in asset management and has spent the last 16 years at Pioneer Investments. His most recent role was as head of strategic product and marketing, where he led the product development and marketing functions for Europe, Latin America, US offshore and Asia.
Eastspring
Asian investment firm Eastspring
Investments, with $170 billion of assets under management,
has appointed Colin Graham as chief investment officer for its
multi-asset solutions business.
Graham reports to Virginie Maisonneuve, CIO for Eastspring. He has more than 25 years of asset management experience, predominantly in global and Asian multi asset solutions. Most recently he served as CIO, multi asset solutions for BNP Paribas Investment Partners in London. Prior to this, he was co-head of global multi asset strategies, multi asset client solutions at BlackRock. He also was a portfolio manager at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (formerly Mercury Asset Management).
The role is a newly-created one.
