Bank was tight-lipped yesterday on a media report last week
that two senior figures in Singapore had left.
Urban Binggeli (desk head for Indonesia, based in Singapore); and Annie Lim (desk head for Singapore), have left the UK/Hong Kong-listed lender’s private bank, Citywire Asia reported on May 15.
The bank declined to comment when asked about the matter by WealthBriefingAsia.
In recent appointments, HSBC
named Desmond Kuang as chief investment officer for Asia, at
the HSBC Private Bank and Premier Wealth arms.
