The latest moves in senior wealth management from across Asia.

Hogan Lovells this week announced that Charlie Clayton-Payne has re-joined the transatlantic firm as a partner in its corporate and finance practice, based in its Singapore office.

Clayton-Payne joins from Harneys in Hong Kong but was previously based in Hogan Lovells' Singapore office (until 27 February 2019), working to build its banking team. During his time with Hogan Lovells, he also undertook a year-long secondment at Standard Chartered Bank working with the loan structuring and syndication teams.

Experienced in the Asia-Pacific region, Clayton-Payne advises borrowers and financial institutions on a variety of structures, including cross-border sponsor-backed acquisition financings, capital call facilities, syndicated secured lending, structured lending, leveraged finance, and debt restructurings.
