Zurich Life Singapore Boosts Sales For Expats, Financial Advisors With Key Hire

Zurich Life Singapore has appointed Jamie McNish to the newly created position of chief sales officer, taking effect from 15 December.

Zurich Life Singapore has appointed Jamie McNish to the newly-created position of chief sales officer, taking effect from 15 December. McNish will oversee all distribution-related activities for the expatriate and local financial advisor channels as well as banks.

He will report directly to Peter Huber, chief executive of Zurich’s Life business in Singapore. Previously, McNish worked at Friends Provident International, where he was the regional director responsible for managing the sales teams in the Middle East and Africa region. Prior to that, he was the regional sales director and senior executive officer for Swiss Life Private Placement (Middle East).

McNish has also held several positions with Zurich International Life from 2002 to 2009, with his last position being the head of bank distribution for Middle East.

Zurich Insurance Group (Zurich), founded in 1872, is listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange.
