Who's Moving Where In Wealth Management? – Amundi

, the France-headquartered asset manager with close to €2.4 trillion ($2.752 trillion) of assets, has appointed Carine Souvannavong (pictured below) as the head of corporate clients, Asia Ex-China. The appointment takes effect immediately.

Based in Hong Kong, Souvannavong reports to Eddy Wong, Asia CEO, and Sandrine Rougeron, global head of corporate clients and head of liquidity solutions sales.

Souvannavong brings more than 15 years of experience in the financial industry. In her new role, she will focus on developing new business opportunities with treasury, pension funds, family offices and reinsurance clients, Amundi said in a statement. 

Prior to joining Amundi, Souvannavong was a senior relationship manager at the corporate banking division at Citigroup in Hong Kong, managing a portfolio of client relationships across insurance, asset manager, bank, fintech, and broker-dealer segments. Between 2009 and 2015, she also held sales position at JP Morgan in London and Hong Kong.
