Suntera Global Belinda Webber Her appointment follows the decision of the current chief people and culture officer, Adele Swan, to step down following the relocation of the CPO role from Edinburgh to Sydney, where the CEO is based. The relocation is intended to strengthen engagement and collaboration between the CEO and the group’s people leadership function. Webber will play an important role in shaping the group’s people strategy, supporting the development of a more connected, high-performing and client-focused organisation, it said. She will work with senior leaders across the business to attract, develop and retain talent globally. Webber formerly served as group executive, chief human resources officer at Rabobank, where she was responsible for HR and corporate affairs across Australia and New Zealand. She has more than 25 years of experience and a strong track record in leading complex projects, transformation initiatives and culture improvements, and championing employee engagement. Prior to Rabobank, Webber held senior leadership positions at Commonwealth Bank, PepsiCo, Microsoft and ANZ Bank. “Belinda is a highly experienced and respected leader with deep expertise in building high-performing businesses,” Moore said. “Her track record in aligning people strategy to business outcomes will be critical as we continue to invest in our people and deliver on our long-term growth ambitions.”

Ting will help drive Suntera’s ambitions to further expand its client reach through both its Hong Kong and Singapore offices.
With more than 13 years’ experience supporting UHNW clients, Ting has served clients based in various markets including Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, the UK and the US.
Ting has specialist expertise in developing bespoke wealth solutions involving trusts, foundations and insurance structures to deliver the tax, asset protection and intergenerational wealth transfer objectives of a global client base. Ting previously worked at Alvarez & Marsal, a global professional services firm in Hong Kong, where he advised family offices on the integration of Hong Kong and cross-border wealth management plans.
