Chartered Investment
, a financial market infrastructure and investment solutions provider, has launched Flow AMC, an actively managed certificate (AMC) module on its digital platform, as part of an expanded partnership with .

Under the deal, Chartered Investment has built Saxo's brokerage infrastructure into the Chartered Investment Digital Platform. The firms said the integration will automate much of the onboarding and operational work involved in launching an AMC, reducing onboarding to five days.

Asset managers using the module get multi-asset trading across global markets, direct market access and broad asset class coverage through a single Saxo account. The firms said the single account structure improves capital efficiency and operational flexibility.

The launch comes as interest in AMCs is growing across wealth management hubs including Switzerland and Singapore. AMCs let managers bring a strategy to market without the cost, complexity and lengthy setup involved in launching a fund, which has made them popular with boutique and independent managers.

Chartered Investment is entering a contested segment. Swiss securitisation and structured products firms such as GenTwo and Leonteq already offer AMC issuance platforms, and banks including Vontobel run their own.
