The multi-family office - based in Hong Kong and also incorporated in Singapore and Taipei - has made a number of hires.
Asia-based Raffles Family Office has named the man to head its corporate development for Greater China.
The multi-family office has appointed Edward Sit as executive drector and Greater China corporate development head. Sit, who will split his time between Hong Kong and mainland China, previously worked at Hong Kong Exchange & Clearning, where he was vice president in charge of its global client development area.

Sit, who reports to Kwan, will work closely with the management team overseeing the Greater China market, which includes Ray Tam, managing partner and co-founder, and Stella Kong, MD, Greater China.
The appointment follows three senior hires at RFO in the first half of this year including Stella Kong as MD, Greater China, Simon Lints as strategic advisor, and Paul Tay as senior vice president, trading and advisory.
RFO's services include family offices advisory, taxation planning, independent asset management (IAM), insurance brokerage, overseas property investment and corporate services. Based in Hong Kong, RFO is also incorporated in Singapore and Taipei.
