Indosuez Wealth Management, the global wealth management brand of Crédit Agricole Group, enhances its presence in Asia.
This week, Indosuez Wealth Management appointed Ong Yeng Fang as South-East Asia global market head and Rosemarie Chong as UHNWI & Wealth Partnership market head, both based in its Singapore branch.
The establishment of the two new market segments, complemented by the appointment of these two senior wealth management bankers to lead them, affirms Indosuez’s growing presence in Asia, the firm said in a statement.
Starting in September, Yeng Fang, who has regional experience in wealth management, business development, corporate and strategic planning, will lead the South-East Asia market. Prior to joining Indosuez, she was managing director and head of UOB Private Bank for eight years, the firm added.
Chong will head the newly-established Ultra High Net Worth Individuals & Wealth Partnership team in partnership with Edward Hsu, managing director at Indosuez, Singapore.
An experienced wealth management leader, Chong has been playing a vital role in Indosuez since she joined the bank at end-2006, the firm said. Before Indosuez, she was managing director of BCV Investment Asia, a Singapore-based Swiss fund management institution with core businesses in private wealth and asset management.
Welcoming the move, Omar Shokur, CEO, Asia and branch manager, Singapore, Indosuez, said: “As Indosuez deepens its presence in Asia, their appointment will add value to our capabilities as leaders in the wealth management industry and bolster our portfolios. With their rich experience in the region, we are confident they will serve our clients with exceptional quality.”
Indosuez Wealth Management is the global wealth management brand of Crédit Agricole Group, with 135 billion euros in assets under management.
